Dairy Products are Good for You

Years ago we were advised to avoid full fat types of dairy products because they elevated blood cholesterol and predisposed one to clogged arteries, belly fat, and serious disease. Since then numerous studies have shown that this is not true. In fact a study from Ireland reported that not only did those who the most dairy products have the lower body mass index but they also had less body fat and lower blood pressure.
