We Are Getting Fatter Faster

October 12, 2018

Obesity rates in America have been increasing for decades, but the latest took me by surprise. It rose from 33.7% of adults in 2008 to 39.6% in 2016. At the same time severe obesity rose from 5.7 to 7.7% of adults. This jump in obesity occurred an men and women and in every adult age group.

Obesity also increases the risk of many cancers. This includes breast, colorectal, kidney, endometrial, thyroid and esophagea.

Americans are on a death spiral from eating too much of the wrong foods. For common sense dietary guidance go to our website trienergetics.net or read our book "TriEnergetics," Look Better, Feel Younger Now.
