Do You Have Difficulty Getting A Good Night’s Sleep?

If you are one of the many who toss and turn and can not get a good night’s sleep, we have some good news for you. A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that participants who were short sleepers increased their sleep time by modifying their eating habits to include more fruits and vegetable and less empty calorie junk food.


This is certainly an easy lifestyle change and one that you should consider if sleep is a problem for you.
