Eat Leafy Green Vegetables To Maintain Your Brain

Hold on to your hat with this one. Forget about supplements made from jellyfish or other nonsense. Do the right thing and eat more leafy green vegetables.


Researchers from Rush University Medical Center analyzed the data on 960 people ages 58 to 99 and found that those who ate the most leafy greens had significantly slower cognitive decline over a five year period than those who rarely consumed them.
