Putting Inflammation Into Perspective

February 14, 2020

It is not a question of whether or not you have chronic inflammation. By a certain age we all have some degree of inflammation in our bodies. The key is to keep the inflammation under control. If you smoke, drink excessively, are overweight, do not exercise enough, eat too many inflammatory foods or have a high level of stress chances are that you will elevate your level of inflammation.

The solution is to make a lifestyle change. This sounds like it should be easy to do, but it is really very difficult. We have studied this problem extensively and have written a book on the subject. It is titled "Look Better Live Longer." In this book we present a simplified explanation of how your body works and we give you an easy to follow, simple program that gently guides you through six weeks of  changes that will literally change your life. You will learn how to eat better, how to handle stress better and you will begin an easy effective exercise program that will help you change your appearance. You will thrive on this program.
