Reduce Your Risk For Developing Type 2 Diabetes

A study from Denmark has confirmed that a diet with a high intake of whole grains dramatically reduced the risk for developing type 2 diabetes. The researchers studied more than 55,000 people ages 55 to 65 and recorded their intake of various whole grain products.  Those consuming the most whole grains were 20 to 40% less likely to develop type 2 diabetes.
